Banquet Deposit	A non-refundable deposit is due with the return of the signed contract. Minimum deposit $200; deposit will be figured after party consultation. Should you need to cancel your function, the original deposit will not be refunded unless Watering Hole can resell your space at equal or greater value.
Food and Beverage Regulations	All food and beverage must be purchased through the Watering Hole to keep in accordance with the Wisconsin Administrative Code and Statute. Extra food and beverage (except wedding cake) is prohibited from leaving the property due to insurance liability.
Guest Confirmation	A final count of guests to be served on any meal function is required no later than 5 business days prior to your event.
Service Charge	An 18% gratuity will be applied to all food and beverage orders, along with applicable state and local taxes.
Decorating Policy	All decorations must be approved by Watering Hole management and must not be nailed or glued into place. All candles must be placed in a glass bowl or other fire resistant container. Any damages done to Watering Hole property will be estimated and added to the final bill.
